[01] Cinders {earrings}

Presenting "Cinders", my unique and custom concrete earrings.

Don't let the material fool you, they are lightweight and comfortable, while being very very durable.  Each one is painstakingly handcrafted by Cearka herself in a process that takes many many days.  There are many customization options available for the body itself.  The jook is 925 Sterlng Silver wire hand formed by Cearka, and then attached to a finding of your choice.

Comes with a numbered, laser engraved Acrylic Stand, also manufactured by Cearka herself.

• OG Variant: This version uses an industrial grade concrete.  It has a its natural grey coloring.
  • Coating A: Beeswax Polish.  This gives a gentler finish that also maintains that concrete feel more.  The earring will naturally patina over time and usage, adding a weathered charm.
  • Coating B: Resin Polish.  Coated in 4 very thin coats of resin, and carefully polished between each coat.  The final coat is sanded with a matte finish to maintain the concrete look.  This wil give it a more plasticy feel, but will maintain a cleaner look over time.
• Cearka Mix Variant:  This uses Cearka's custom hand measured and mixed blend of concrete and pigment.  Cearka will work with you to find a color you like from a limited set of options.  Pinks, Greens, Oranges, Blues, and Purples are currently possible.
  • Coating A: Resin Polish.  Coated in 4 very thin coats of resin, and carefully polished between each coat.  The final coat is sanded with a matte finish to maintain the concrete look.  This wil give it a more plasticy feel, but will maintain a cleaner look over time.  It's important to note that showering or bathing with the earrins will cause the color to fade over time.
  • Coating A+ Foil:  Same as above, but with Authentic Barnabas Gold Leaf or Silver Leaf applied to give a luxurious texutre.
  • Coating A+ Rhinestone:  Experimental Finish.  May require a much longer wait time as Cearka may need to custom order the rhinestones.  The rhinestones are embedded into the final earring itself, and the earring is ground down.  This version is about 2-3 mm thinner then the other variants.
